开槽对大跨悬挑平屋盖结构风荷载的影响

本文结合一大跨悬挑平屋盖模型的风洞试验研究，分析了此类结构屋盖的平均局部体型系数和极值局部体型系数的分布特性；并根据其风压的分布特性，提出在悬挑屋盖承受较大负压的屋檐和角点附近这些遇强风易发生破坏的部位采取开槽气动抗风措施，进一步研究了该气动抗风措施对大跨悬挑平屋盖结构风荷载的影响，试验结果显示，它们可以有效地削减屋盖风敏感处的风荷载值，使平均局部体型系数大约降低50％，极值局部体型系数大约降低25％，所得的这些结果对于结构的抗风设计有一定的指导意义。     

Variable Order and Distributed Order Fractional Operators

Many physical processes appear to exhibit fractional order behavior thatmay vary with time or space. The continuum of order in the fractionalcalculus allows the order of the fractional operator to be considered asa variable. This paper develops the concept of variable and distributedorder fractional operators. Definitions based on the Riemann–Liouvilledefinition are introduced and the behavior of the new operators isstudied. Several time domain definitions that assign different argumentsto the order q in the Riemann–Liouville definition are introduced. Foreach of these definitions various characteristics are determined. Theseinclude: time invariance of the operator, operator initialization,physical realization, linearity, operational transforms, and memorycharacteristics of the defining kernels.A measure (m ₂) for memory retentiveness of the order history isintroduced. A generalized linear argument for the order q allows theconcept of `tailored' variable order fractional operators whose m ₂ memory may be chosen for a particular application. Memory retentiveness (m ₂) andorder dynamic behavior are investigated and applications are shown.The concept of distributed order operators where the order of thetime based operator depends on an additional independent (spatial)variable is also forwarded. Several definitions and their Laplacetransforms are developed, analysis methods with these operators aredemonstrated, and examples shown. Finally operators of multivariable anddistributed order are defined and their various applications areoutlined.     

Some aspects of linear and nonlinear viscoelastic behaviour of polymer melts in shear

In linear viscoelastic investigations the frequency dependence of the phase shift between stress and strain appears to be very characteristic of the molecular structure of the material. This function is also a good approximation of the slope of the double logarithmic plot of the absolute value of the shear modulusG _d vs. the angular frequency. The product (G _d /) sin 2 comes very close to the relaxation spectrumH(), with = 1/, in all physical states of the material.The experimentally observed separability of time and strain effects in nonlinear viscoelasticity of highly viscous isotropic polymer fluids imposes restraints to the form of the constitutive equation. A single integral superposition equation of the Boltzmann type containing the product of a time function and a nonlinear strain function gives good results in describing experimental data in shear as well as in elongation. The molecular structure affects both functions in a different way. A universal definition of the nonlinear tensorial strain measure has not yet been developed. 黑龙江省的界河坍塌地质灾害及其防治对策

界河坍塌是黑龙江省特殊的、主要的地质灾害,也是当前亟待解决的问题。本文总结了黑龙江省的两条主要界河—黑龙江和乌苏里江的塌岸状况;说明了界河坍塌的分布规律;论证了界河坍塌的形态类型;探讨了界河坍塌的形成机制;分析了界河坍塌的原因;最后提出了防止界河坍塌的一系列对策。     

Consensus problems on networks with free protocol

In the real world, rule makers can only restrict, not completely control the behavior of the governed, while the governed can only choose their behavior patterns under these restrictions. In this paper, we design a new control protocol called free protocol to describe this situation. First, we calculate consensus probabilities based on the information of the interaction networks. Then, sufficient conditions are obtained for all agents converging to a same value with probability one. Finally, numerical simulation results are given to verify the above results.     

Randomness and Nonlinear Evolution Equations

In this paper we survey some results on existence, and when possible also uniqueness, of solutions to certain evolution equations obtained by injecting randomness either on the set of initial data or as a perturbative term.
